The launch of new home development City Vizion Phase two has created a surge of interest in city centre waterfront living in Newport and forms the cornerstone of the regeneration plans for the city.
The launch was held in the Riverside Arts Centre overlooking the site and attracted a phenomenal amount of interest from potential buyers keen to reserve their riverside apartments.
The City Vizion development is the culmination of a strong partnership between George Wimpey, and those masterminding the regeneration of the city, which is being spearheaded by urban regeneration company, Newport Unlimited.

George Wimpey South Wales managing director Arwyn Evans said: "The City Vizion Development is one of the most exciting in Wales at the moment. The design of the scheme is such that it will transform the skyline of the city centre, providing high quality homes and leisure facilities.
"This is just half of the story. City Vizion also plays a key role in providing river defence to a large area of Eastern Newport and the 750m riverside walkway promises to reunite the city with its historic waterway."
