The Classic package
 |
| As the years go by parts become more and more difficult to find. Happily, however, this is where we at Rimmer Bros come in to our own. |
The company really is owned by two brothers named Rimmer. Bill and Graham started their business from humble beginnings in the early 1980s, and it has grown to be one of the leading organisations of its kind in the world, supplying parts worldwide to an ever increasing list of
customers.
Both Bill and Graham still work full-time in the business, helped now by over 50 members of staff. We are a British Motor Heritage approved for Classic Triumph and Rover SD1 vehicles, and authorised MG Rover and Land Rover Parts Distributors, giving us direct access to original parts. We also stock good quality aftermarket components where demand merits.
Our degree of specialisation means two things. Firstly, our staff know the cars we're dealing with inside out and can give any advice customers might need regarding part selection. Secondly, we are able to stock in depth just about any part our customers might need. Triumph House is our latest HQ, acquired in 1991.
| Tens of thousands of motorists still take pleasure in restoring and maintaining their classic cars one absolute essential is to have access to a reliable source of replacement parts. | |
|
With nearly 75,000 square feet of warehousing alone, it is a cavernous building, and it needs to be! It currently contains more than 400,000 recorded part numbers with over 30,000 stock lines and we hold as many of each as necessary to make it almost impossible to run out of stock.
All other aspects of our operation receive equal emphasis. A truly efficient bar-code mail order and stock control system. The latest racking and storage facilities for fast and accurate order picking. Careful packaging and despatch procedures with quality carriers used for delivery.
